Our Chocolates

As a skilled chocolatier, I insist on using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients in my products. That's why I have gradually replaced non-fresh or non-organic ingredients with premium honey and cane sugar.  

Recently, I decided to switch to specialty chocolates from Casa Luker Chocolates, a single-origin, organic, and fair-trade chocolate from Colombia. With its unique fruity, floral, nutty, and malt flavour and aroma, this chocolate stands out as a superior product among all other cocoa companies. 

Our chocolates are handmade using only the finest and natural ingredients in small batches. We never use preservatives to maintain the highest quality of our product, which results in a shorter shelf life of four weeks.   

To keep our chocolates fresh and delicious, we recommend storing them in a cool, dark place, away from any heat sources and humidity. It's important to note that refrigeration is not recommended as it can damage the texture and aesthetic of the chocolates.
